After you complete the Business Analytics for Leaders program, you will have gained the ability to pinpoint where your organization is placed on the data strategy spectrum. You will be able to compare your business analytics capabilities to that of other organizations, as well as develop a digital analytics roadmap to position your organization.
IMD’s Business Analytics for Leaders (BAL) program is eight weeks long and delivered online. Throughout the program, you’re encouraged to apply what you learn in your work context so you can start putting digital analytics at the core of your business right away.
